If you have a gift, retail or wholesale SendOutCards account and have not yet activated your birthday and anniversary reminder system, here’s how to do it:
Log into your SendOutCards account. (Don’t remember your user name or password? You can either click on the "Forgot Password" link or you can call SOC Customer Support at 801-463-3800 during business hours Monday-Friday.) Go into the "Edit Personal Info" link (right side of Main Menu) and be sure you have checked the box to give permission to receive email reminders from SendOutCards.
Start asking people for their birthdays and enter them into the Contact Manager that is built into your system. You can use the anniversary field in the contact record for any important occasion you want to remember each year. (Example: An insurance agent may want to remember a policy anniversary to send a reminder card about doing a review.)
You will receive email reminders at least a week before the birthday or anniversary date for each contact, and a link will appear on the left side of the SendOutCards Main Menu under the search tool. The link will take you to the contact record or the appropriate card area in the Card Catalog depending where you click on the link.
